Need help finding your Store or Branch Number?
ERAccess
- Log in to ERAccess and type 77. (Depending on your access, you will either see the above page or be taken directly to the screen in step 3)
- Select your store from the list.
- On this screen you will be able to verify the store and branch information. (In this example, the dealership is Store #4, Accounting Branch #1)
ERA-IGNITE
- Log in to ERA-IGNITE.
- The Store and Branch information is visible at the bottom of any screen once the user is logged in to the system. The screen shot above highlights the location of the Store and Branch numbers. (In this example, the dealership is Store #5 and F&I Branch #3)
