NEBRASKA ELECTRONIC LIEN AND TITLE
Nebraska began working on an Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) Program in the mid to late 2000s. The state no longer generates paper titles as a lien notification for the lienholder. For more information go to Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles and Nebraska Electronic Lien and Title.
To join the Nebraska ELT program with Dealertrack Collateral Management Services, follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Nebraska Electronic Lien and Title Participating Lender Application
- Email completed application to cms.sales@dealertrack.com
