Switch Back to Digital
Easily revert paper contracts back to digital with one click.
If a Docs Received lender response converts your digital contract to paper, you now have the flexibility to revert the contract back to digital:
- Click on the hyperlink in the alert bar: Click here to convert back to a digital contract or the Convert to Digital Contract button
- Deal Status and Funding Package page will resume prior Digital status (provided deal has not expired)
- Deal jacket history will display Converted to Digital Contract.
You can now continue with Digital Contracting and submit your deal for funding online.
Note: Before converting the deal back to a digital contract, please ensure that all paper contracts are returned.
This enhancement applies to Digital Contracting subscribers.
