Lori Wittman

President - Retail Solutions

Lori Wittman is President of Retail Solutions for Cox Automotive, overseeing the growth and strategic direction of powerhouse brands including Autotrader®, Kelley Blue Book®, Dealertrack®, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, and Xtime. Her focus is on creating best-in-class experiences through the power of Cox Automotive’s data and people, furthering the company’s commitment to transforming the industry for consumers, dealers, lenders, and OEMs.  

Prior to her current role, Lori held the position of Senior Vice President of Dealer Software Solutions at Cox Automotive for six years, where she drove client value generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Cox Automotive in 2013, she spent more than a decade leading large technology projects as a consultant for Accenture. Prior to that, she led Field Technology at H&R Block and worked in the transportation sector.   

Lori has been honored for her role in the automotive industry by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Automotive News, and the Kansas City Business Journal. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Lori shares a love of sports with her husband and two sons, and she enjoys spending time with her new grandson.

Tracy Noonan Fred

SVP—Dealer Software Solutions

As Senior Vice President of Cox Automotive Dealer/Lender Solutions, Tracy leads optimization and go-to-market strategies for solutions that serve dealer, lender, and OEM clients.       

Prior to this role, Tracy served as Vice President of Dealer Sales and Service Solutions at Cox Automotive, where she built a world-class team and oversaw operational strategies for Dealertrack DMS, VinSolutions and Xtime. She also led Cox Automotive’s Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions business.    

A 30+ year veteran of the automotive industry, Tracy held management and sales positions with leading automakers before joining Cox Automotive. She was recognized as a 2018 Women in Remarketing honoree by Auto Remarketing. Tracy resides in Michigan with her husband, Bryan, and their dog, Gabby.

Mandi Fang​

SVP—Client Operations

Mandi Fang is Senior Vice President, Client Operations at Cox Automotive leading the training, implementation and client care teams that support Cox Automotive solutions and products. She previously served as Vice President, Client Engagement for the Dealertrack DMS, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, and Xtime brands.   

Prior to this role, Mandi was Vice President of Operations of Dealertrack’s growing DMS business, where she furthered the development of open, flexible, easy-to-use solutions critical to helping dealerships adapt to a changing industry and shifting consumer expectations. She also spent five years in product management, leading the ongoing development, growth and innovation of Cox Automotive’s new and used vehicle inventory management, merchandising and DMS solutions for dealers and OEMs.    

In 2016, Mandi was recognized as one of Auto Remarketing’s Women in Remarketing and received the Spirit of Leadership Award from Women’s Automotive Association International. Mandi received her Bachelor of Arts in communications from Morehead State University.

John Chaffin

SVP—Sales & Performance Management

John Chaffin has dedicated his career to Cox Enterprises and its automotive subsidiaries. As the Senior Vice President of the Retail Solutions Sales and Performance Management team, he leads over 1,500 professionals in optimizing retail performance and digital innovation for more than 20,000 dealer clients.  

John began his journey with Cox in 1996 at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He joined Manheim Auctions and Automotive Financial Services in 2002, managing dealer floorplans. His career progressed with a decade at Autotrader, where he moved from frontline dealer consultation to leadership roles in Product and Sales Operations. In 2014, John spent two years in Cox Automotive’s business incubator, designing and leading the Sales and Performance Management organization for digital commerce tools.  

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys lively times with his wife and three young children, approaching both leadership and family with enthusiasm and dedication.

Greta Crowley

VP—Marketing, Retail Solutions

Greta is the vice president of retail marketing for Cox Automotive, leading a comprehensive set of brands and products, from dealer and lender software to two of the largest consumer automotive brands – Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. Greta has been with Cox Automotive since 2010 and continues to lead significant transformation across the portfolio of brands. She is known for skillfully translating business goals into effective marketing plans that generate top-line business revenue.  

She previously served as a media supervisor at Turner Broadcasting, and as a media planner and strategist for a global communications agency.    

In 2017, Greta was named one of Auto Remarketing’s “40 Under 40,” which celebrates current and next-generation leaders making big differences in the industry and at their respective companies.Greta attended the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Much of her free time is spent with her husband and two children.

Kelly Mulroney

SVP—Product and Engineering

As Senior Vice President of Product & Engineering for Cox Automotive Commerce Solutions, Kelly Mulroney team-manages product and engineering for Digital Retailing, Ecommerce and F&l, as well as the CMS, Digital Document Services, and Registration and Title businesses.  

Kelly has 20+ years of experience in eCommerce and FinTech, software product development, product strategy, digital commerce, product management, and user experience. 

She has held senior-level positions at large public and privately held companies including Hotels.com (Expedia, Inc.), GameStop, and Travelocity (Sabre Holdings), Dealertrack Technologies, and Cox Automotive.
