READ THIS CAREFULLY – Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties in a separate written agreement, your use of the Cox Products selected in this Enrollment Order Form is governed by the Cox Automotive Master Subscription Terms and the Additional Product Terms for each Cox Product selected, all found at https://www.coxautoinc.com/terms/usa/ (collectively, the “Terms”). By signing this Self-Enrollment Order Form, or by clicking the “submit”, “order”, “agree” or other similar acknowledgement to purchase or subscribe to any of the Cox Products (or activate any features thereof), each entity listed herein (each, a “Customer”) agrees to be bound by the Terms with respect to the Cox Products indicated for the term(s) and fees indicated. You should carefully review the Terms. The Terms constitute a binding agreement, effective as of the date you sign or acknowledge this Order Form (the “Effective Date”). Except as otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used in this Order Form have the meanings attributed to them in the Terms. Customer agrees to pay all fees noted herein, plus applicable taxes. Unless otherwise noted, fees and taxes are payable as follows: (i) Monthly Fees and associated taxes are payable on the first day of each month of the Subscription Term; (ii) One-Time Fees (including Hourly and Daily Fees) and associated taxes are payable on the first day of the month following the Activation Date for the applicable Cox Product and (iii) Transaction Fees and associated taxes are payable as incurred and invoiced. All One-Time Fees are nonrefundable.

The Initial Term for each Cox Product is month-to-month commencing on the Activation Date (as defined in the Terms) for such Cox Product, with automatic 30-day renewals thereafter.

Additional Information Applicable to Dealertrack Contracting

Dealership will be responsible for providing equipment for Digital Signatures. Below are the minimum requirements for signing on Classic:
