Q: What emerging trends are having the biggest impact on the industry right now?

Kait Gavin: Many dealers are focused on meeting every customer’s unique needs while maintaining operational efficiency. One way we’re seeing dealers rise to that challenge is by digitizing deal finalization. Moving away from paper and toward the flexible, digital format helps reduce manual steps, speed up transactions, and provide seamless data flow.

Q: What are you most excited to talk with dealers about at the show this year?

A: We’re excited to share the new capabilities that will help dealers drive profitable, customer-centric deals on any purchase path. We have some great new digital tools that will make dealers’ day-to-day easier and more efficient, including centralized DMS document management, enhanced digital signing experiences, elevated compliance tools, and better deal insights.

Q: What is your biggest piece of advice to dealers for starting 2024 off strong?

A: Stay focused on the customer experience and adopt tools that help you provide the experience shoppers want. Customers expect more digital pathways, and I encourage dealers to adopt digital solutions that provide an easier and more connected workflow for any purchase path.

Q: What is your favorite thing about NADA?

A: I love the excitement that comes with being at NADA, that camaraderie and partnership drives us to continue our commitment to success for our dealers, dealer associations, providers, and lenders.
